In order to place a team tryout advertisement, for print in the Hockey Weekly or for viewing on www.hockeyweekly.com, You must complete the following information ENTIRELY. PLEASE READ ALL TERMS OF AGREEMENT CAREFULLY!

Run Dates

Select all dates that you wish your ad to appear in the printed paper or on the web: To guarantee that your ad appears in the issues you select, ad copy or ad changes MUST be received by 5 p.m. on day of deadline, always a Friday. Ads received after the deadline are subject to an additional $50 charge and will be run where there is available space left in that issue. For ads placed on our website only, ads will be posted within 36 hours of receipt of information and will remain posted for duration of amount of weeks selected, at $99 per week.

Ad Terms & Conditions

Once an ad and ad agreement have been received by HW the ad is considered PLACED, whether a proof of the ad is signed off on by press time or not, and will run in the paper In order to cancel an ad once it is placed, a kill fee will be assessed @ 25% of the original cost. Whoever places the ad the person whose name appears on the ad agreement is SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for the ad IN EVERY REGARD. He/she is to be the ONLY CONTACT for matters regarding that particular ad, including but not limited to changes to ad, payment for ad, killing the ad or changing tryout dates or publication dates for the ad.
